I’ve been looking for ways on how I can greet my Papa on Father’s Day.
He loves drinking beer and I was trying to think of a way to fuse beer and greeting. hehe. I can create a beer label with a greeting just like what I did for my niece Iki’s first birthday but that would be unoriginal.
I remember making a cute bottle packaging before and thought that maybe I could do that for my Papa. But that, again, would be the “easy” way of doing things.
An hour or so later, instead of redesigning the bottle packaging I made months ago, I have designed the perfect way (by my definition: unique and something my Papa has not seen yet) of greeting him on Father’s Day!
You can use a regular beer bottle or like what I did, use Coke!

Download FREEBIE: Bottle Neck Ties - Fathers Day

To use these, print the Bottle Neck Ties - Fathers Day file on a letter size vellum board of your choice, preferably with 200-220gsm paper weight. Cut out the neck ties and glue the end of each tie onto the mid-section of the tie. It is best if you use bottles with long necks. You can re-size each loop to fit your chosen bottle. Try to fit the tie first on the neck of the bottle and then glue together.

You can use this on your Father’s Day Party as an embellishment on your bottled drinks. Just make sure that you hand the bottled drinks to Dads only!
Also, you can use these to embellish your Father’s Day gifts to all the Daddies you know.
I will be surprising my Papa with a bottle of fine beer (I have yet to find out which brand’s good) with a bottle neck tie wrapped on its neck on the morning of Father’s Day. Ssshhhh…. don’t tell him.
