Yesterday I was interviewed for QTV Channel 11′s lifestyle show “The Beat” (woot woot!). It was for my other organic balm line Terrapy and we made a short demo on how to make organic balms.
My insides went crazy again despite appearing on national television twice already (you may view them here LOL). My level of courage still hasn’t increased and I feel like barfing each time I do this thing. I hate that I love it (purely business though, I am afraid as a kitten).
I realized that during those three opportunities to be on TV, I was not totally prepared. I was half-ready because I know the products very well, I understand the ins and outs of the business, I have enough knowledge that I wish to impart about the benefits of using local organic products such as ours but I have not readied myself courage-wise. I forgot all about myself! (Wow, where’s the self-love in that?!?)
This is why I made courage affirmation cards that I can use for my next TV appearance to prepare myself for such opportunities! (yes, I’m attracting opportunities now! haha)

I’m sure we all have our own “TV appearances” in life where it would require tremendous amount of courage and braveness so I am sharing these affirmations with you in a printable PDF format. I am placing them everywhere — near my computer, refrigerator, bedside table, etc.

I wish you enough courage to face anything and everything in life and enough love to appreciate all small and big things.
Have a courageous Wednesday!

Great affirmations!. These will definitely help a lot of people become more courageous. I use affirmations myself and I know they work.

Courage is good! I have friends who couldn’t muster up the courage to do things, they think they aren’t good enough for it, or that they simply just can’t do it. Sometimes a simple affirmation works, sometimes tough love, “If not you, who else is going to work for it (kung di ikaw, sino pa?)?” I personally use the latter, sometimes i find courage in the direst circumstances just with the fact that i simply just have to do it.

@Nic – Thanks! I have believed it effectiveness yet I always forget to do it on myself. In this case, the ‘self’ needs more lovin’.
@Gino – I agree, I have friends like that too and I’m even guilty of it myself.
LOL at your mantra! Any form of courage is good.
